Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the SSMF public website and administration platform. By using either, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. Separate Registration & Competition Terms and official competition regulations apply to clubs and participants.

You may browse public information and use authorised services for legitimate minifootball purposes. You must not:

• submit false, misleading or unlawfully obtained information;
• access another person’s account or any area for which you lack permission;
• interfere with security, availability or normal operation of the service;
• introduce malicious code, automate excessive requests, scrape protected records or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; or
• use federation content, personal information or systems for fraud, harassment or unlawful activity.

Authorised users must keep credentials confidential, provide accurate information and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Activity performed through an account may be recorded for security and accountability. SSMF may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect participants, records or systems.

SSMF aims to keep published information accurate and current, but fixtures, venues, squads, results, standings and statistics may change or be corrected. Official notices, competition regulations and decisions of the authorised SSMF body take precedence over website displays.

Unless otherwise stated, the SSMF name, crest, branding, website design, written content, databases and federation-created media belong to SSMF or are used with permission. You may share links and make reasonable personal, non-commercial use. Commercial reuse, alteration or representation as official SSMF material requires prior written permission. Third-party names and media remain the property of their owners.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not make SSMF responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. We may maintain, change or temporarily withdraw website functions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SSMF is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on an unavailable service or information later corrected.

We may update these terms and will publish the current date on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive it. If one provision cannot be applied, the remaining provisions continue.
